Exciting Progress at Marmalade Lane as Construction Milestones Are Reached

Significant progress is being made at the Marmalade Lane development, where the latest phase of construction is advancing steadily and with precision. Commissioned by Lioncor, the project is emerging as a strong example of integrated design and engineering in action.

Leading the civil and structural design is Paul Doyle of Donnachadh O’Brien & Associates, whose expertise and oversight have been central to the project’s success. Supporting him are Emmanuel Chaona and Martin Forte, both contributing key technical input to ensure the integrity and efficiency of the design.

On-site, Cowman Civil Engineering is completing the civil works, including groundworks, drainage, and infrastructure elements, while Walls is responsible for the building works, progressing the structure and fabric of the development. Both contractors are working in close coordination to maintain momentum and deliver a seamless construction process.

As the vision for Marmalade Lane continues to take shape, the project reflects a well-coordinated collaboration between engineering, architecture, and construction—driven by a shared commitment to quality and innovation on behalf of client Lioncor.
