Construction of new part single-storey, part 2-storey and part 3-storey 4500m^2 post primary school . Phase 1 consitsed of te construction of the majority of the major infrasturctural works inclduing main foul and surface water networks, new attenuation tank, 135 space car park and set down area, all whilst keeping te existing school and primary healthcare campus fully live and operational. Project also consisted of provision of new external changing facilities, new service yard , drop off area, internal roads and bus turning area.
