Development of new part 3-storey, part 2-storey extension to existing live nursing home whch remained fully operational for the duratino of the project over a number of phases. Extension comprised of 90 single occupancy bedrooms with ensuites bathrooms, day rooms, dining rooms, activity and therapyr room, staff support rooms, kitech and food prep facilities, chapel space, courtyard gardens and plantrooms. DOB&A were appointed C&S engineers with high involvment in th delivery of the project from early bid stage, thorughout planning and to completion. DOB&A scoped topographical and GPR surveys as well as CCTC surveys of existing drainage lines and extensive site investigation works to assist in procurement of the subcontractors to carry out early information gathering.
