10 Hanover Quay is a 8195m^2 commericial development entailing the refurbishment of exsisting three bay, 2 storey warehouse, laneway and stables. DOB&A provided Structural engineering services to Demolition contractors in order to facilitate the retnetion of facade alongside demolition and basement construction. These works were carried out over a c. 12 month period as a part of the 100+ stage TW and Demolation sequence.
