DUNSHAUGHLIN — Construction is advancing steadily at the new Applegreen development located just off the M3 motorway, with major milestones already achieved.
The project, which aims to enhance services for both local residents and motorists traveling along the busy route, is making impressive daily progress. A significant achievement was recently reached with the advancement of the glulam structure, marking a major step forward in the build.
The forecourt’s concrete pad has also been successfully poured, moving the project closer to the completion of this critical phase.
The development team includes DOBA Consulting Engineers, who have carried out the structural and civil design, and Corgan, who are leading the architectural design. HML Ltd. is serving as the main contractor on site.
