The project is a Strategic Housing Development application for 359 new residential units, including a mixture of apartment blocks, duplex units and terraced housing units, on a 8ha greenfield site at Finlay Park, Naas, Co. Kildare. The proposed development site is a key element in the Naas Sallins Transport Strategy and DOB&A are liaising with Kildare County Council in relation to incorporating the objectives for the strategy in the proposed development. DOB&A are providing Civil & Structural Consultancy services for the planning application to An Bord Pleanala including review of a site specific flood risk assessment (SSFRA) to confirm the flood risk to the proposed development.
