Irish Building Magazine wrote an article on 10-12 Hanover Quay which DOBA were immersed in with Sisk and Hegarty Demolition as the Temporary Works Designer.
The project had intricate temporary works which entailed retaining the existing walls while removing the roof and internal demolition and the subsequently enabling underpinning and bulk excavation on a very difficult site.
Well done to all the DOBA staff involved in particular Paul Doyle and Martin Forte who were instrumental in the successful delivery of this very challenging and complex project.
10-12 Hanover Quay has recently been named as Ireland’s Favourite in the RIAI Irish Architecture Awards 2022.
