2 Storey Primary School Extention with 7 General classrooms, general purpose rooms, and new school entrance. Bulding incorporated precast concrete first floor on load bearing asonry with RC columns in external walls and RC beams over large span windows. Project also involved the refurbishment of the existing school structure, proviison of new car park and bus set down area. Scheme to utilize Rainwater harvesting and water conservation incorporated into design and construction. Surface water attenuation for the 1 in 100 year event is provided by a series of underground linear infiltration trenches constructed using 40% voids stone.
