The project includes the construction of 120 residential units and a crèche on a 6.6ha greenfield site adjacent to Kinsaley House along Chapel Road, Kinsealy, Co. Dublin. DOB&A were involved from planning, through tender design and into Construction (on site at present) and were responsible for the design of the civil and structural elements on site. DOB&A liaised with Irish Water and Fingal Co. Co. in relation to separating surface water from the existing wastewater network to create capacity in the existing wastewater network to facilitate the proposed development.
